You qualify for this treatment if…
- You have been diagnosed with high cholesterol (hyperlipidemia).
- You are out of refills for your high cholesterol medication or your medication has expired.
- You have taken your medication within the past 6 months.
- You do NOT need to change your dose.
- You are NOT pregnant or nursing.
What you need for your Virtual Visit
The ability to show us your most recent prescription, or the pharmacy where we can verify your prescription.
What to expect from your Virtual Visit
Treatment may include a prescription renewal for a high cholesterol medication that worked well for you in the past 6 months. Your Provider will NOT prescribe new medications or change medication doses.
