• You require interim care prior to your scheduled in-clinic Provider appointment.
• You want to refill a prescription that IS already established and NOT a controlled substance.
• You are NOT experiencing a medical emergency such as chest pain or sever shortness of breath.
• You are NOT pregnant.
• You are between the ages of 18-64.

What to expect from your Virtual Visit

Our Providers can establish your care with one of our Duke City Primary Care providers.  Providers can administer refills and provide interim care before your scheduled in-clinic appointment.
