MEDICATION REFILL
You qualify for this treatment if…
- Your requested medication is NOT a controlled substance.
- You have been diagnosed with the condition that you are requesting a medication for.
- Your prescription for your requested medication has expired or you are out of refills.
- You have taken your requested medication within the past 6 months.
- You are not experiencing any new symptoms related to your diagnosis.
- You are NOT pregnant.
- You are between the ages of 2-64 (depending on medication).
What you need for your Virtual Visit
The ability to show us your most recent prescription, or the pharmacy where we can verify your prescription.
What to expect from your Virtual Visit
Treatment may include a prescription renewal for your requested medication that worked well for you in the past 6 months. Your Provider will NOT prescribe new medications or change medication doses.
Your provider can refill up to 2 medications per visit.

- Generally, your provider will be able to refill most non-controlled substance medications.
